Ricardo Alves joined Dias Carneiro Advogados in 2008 to coordinate the Labour Group of Practice.

He has ample and solid experience in labour law, including the performance of audit work, due diligences, mergers and acquisitions of companies, outsourcing projects and the creation of profit-sharing plans, flexible benefits, stock options, complementary social security and executive wages.

Ricardo Alves has also large experience on labour litigation and on the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with labour unions.

In his area of practice, Ricardo is recognized by his recurrent labour law assessorship to multinational and public companies.

Legal Teaching

Ricardo Alves is a professor of labour Law at Centro de Extensão Universitária. He has also been an invited teacher at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and at the Law School of São Bernardo do Campo.

He is a regular speaker and commentator at law seminars and conferences pertaining to his field of expertise.
