Guilherme Zugno joined Dias Carneiro Advogados in 2007.

Guilherme has broad experience in commercial law, particularly in capital markets, M&A, and financial transactions. Guilherme has recently taken part in the following transactions: issuance of Brazilian Depositary Receipts, shares, bonds and debentures; structuring of private equity funds (Fundos de Investimento em Participação); financing national and multinational companies, and M&A.
