Fábio Celli joined Dias Carneiro Advogados in 2003.

Fábio has experience and solid academic knowledge regarding public law, particularly in the tax and regulatory areas. He focuses his practice in tax consulting services, specially providing advice on international taxation. Fábio also deals with the analysis of government contracts and regulatory issues, mainly in the electric energy industry.
