Our Tax Law Department provides domestic and international advice through our association with Uría Menéndez.

In the domestic market, we assist clients formulating solutions to their day-to-day operations and to specific transactions involving municipal, state and federal taxes under Brazilian tax regulations.

We have broad experience in advising clients on personal and corporate income tax, including taxation of expatriates, corporate reorganizations, setting up consortia, SPCs, and the special taxation regime (STR) which applies to certain real estate entities.

Furthermore, we assist clients negotiating tax and financial benefits at state level in the implementation of infrastructure projects.
