We are often requested to advise clients regarding processes for obtaining licences from the Brazilian National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL), for telecommunications services, preparation and negotiation of telecommunications contracts such as service contracts, including voice and data, service level agreements (SLA), outsourcing and IT networks, assignment for the rights to use telecommunications systems (IRUs), sharing infrastructures and networks, overlays, maintenance of telecommunications equipment and computers, sale and installation of equipment, and on the provision of added value services, including information and remote application (ASPs) services.
