We work closely with reputable financial entities in Brazilian banking and financial law matters.

We regularly advise both financed entities in transactions with the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) and private sector financiers. We also provide advice to local and international financial institutions and to syndicates of banks on loans and financing transactions, in rem and personal guarantee agreements, legal opinions, and the registration of foreign loans with the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN).

We have broad experience in project financing in the electricity sector, including alternative resources. The quality of our work was credited in 2005 when we received the “Latin American Renewable Energy Deal of the Year 2005” after advising one of our Spanish clients in the renewable energy industry.
