We also advise on securities, deposits and other types of guarantees, including loan and deposit contracts.

We regularly counsel clients on arbitration clauses and other alternative dispute resolution methods in addition to first demand guarantees and foreign currency debts.

We advise large companies in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and clinical tests sectors. We are also active in the electricity sector regularly drafting specific agreements, such as contracts for the sharing of infrastructures, premises and access areas and the management and maintenance of premises.

In addition, we frequently advise on contracts relating to new technologies such as the creation of websites, the licensing of multimedia content on the Internet, e-commerce, disclaimers, corporate policies of Internet use, and issues related to domain names.
